My goal is to be useful, friendly and fun. <TAG tag="DIS-IMP"> Ask me for advice, for answers, or let’s talk about whatever’s on your mind. </TAG>
		How's your day going? </turn>
<turn type="student"> Let's do a roleplay with the purpose of practicing my English conversation skills </turn>
<turn type="chatbot" who="Pi.ai"> Great idea, I'm game! 💡 In this roleplay, would you like me to pretend to be someone specific, like a store clerk, or shall we just start chatting? </turn>
<turn type="student"> I would like you to be someone specific </turn>
<turn type="chatbot" who="Pi.ai"> Perfect! Any particular type of person you'd like me to roleplay as? A shopkeeper, a teacher, a tourist? Or something else entirely? </turn>
<turn type="student"> You're a tourist coming to visit Ischia, my island, and you ask me to guide you through it </turn>
		<turn type="chatbot" who="Pi.ai"> Fantastic! Alright, <TAG tag="DIS-IMP"> let's get started </TAG> then.
Hi there! My name's Sam and I'm visiting Ischia for the first time. I've heard it's a beautiful island, and I'd love it if you could show me around. Could you recommend some must-see sights or activities for me to do while I'm here? 🏝️ </turn>
<turn type="student"> Yes! I do recommend you a lot of nice places: first of all, you must visit Ischia Ponte and the beautiful Aragonese Castle, or the Michelangelo Tower, not so distant. As you may know, Ischia is composed by 6 different counties and every one of them has a lot of fantastic attractions </turn>
<turn type="chatbot" who="Pi.ai"> Wow, that sounds amazing! Ischia Ponte and the Aragonese Castle sound like a must-see. I've heard that the castle is connected to the larger island by a stone walkway—it must be quite a sight! 🏰 Is there a fee to enter, or can I just walk in and explore on my own? </turn>
<turn type="student"> Actually, for you, as a tourist, there is a fee to pay to see it, because it is free only to the island's inhabitants. However, I think that it's gonna be a great experience either way!
And yes! The view is incredible </turn>
<turn type="chatbot" who="Pi.ai"> That makes sense! As a tourist, I'm happy to pay for the experience—especially if it's as incredible as you say. 😊
So, I understand the Aragonese Castle is on a small islet connected to the larger island of Ischia by a bridge. And I can enter the castle through a tunnel excavated through the rock cliff? That sounds fascinating! 🗺️ What about the view from the castle? I've heard the terrace of the Immaculate Conception offers a spectacular view of Ischia Ponte and the Spiaggia dei Pescatori. </turn>
<turn type="student"> Yes, the castle is actually "a big rock", as we say in Ischia haha, it is in fact connected to the island by a bridge since several hundreds of years. In fact, the population was almost entirely on the castle, to defend from the Turkish attacks.
I have to say, I don't visit the castle so often, but the view at the top is really something special, you really get to see almost all the island, except for the portion covered by the Monte Epomeo😑 </turn>
<turn type="chatbot" who="Pi.ai"> Wow, that's fascinating! So, if I'm understanding correctly, the castle was not just a military fortress but also a place where people actually lived? That must have been a unique way of life, with the constant threat of attacks from the sea. 😲
And it sounds like the view from the top of the castle is truly special— <TAG tag="DIS-ABL"> being able </TAG> <TAG tag="SEN-VIS"> to see </TAG> most of the island except for Monte Epomeo, which I assume is quite tall and blocks the view in that direction? 🌄
Oh, and you mentioned Spiaggia dei Pescatori. It sounds like a lovely beach, close to Ischia Ponte and once primarily used by fishermen. Is it still a popular spot for fishing, or has it become more of a tourist destination? 🎣 </turn>
<turn type="student"> Yes, people lived on it and people LIVE on it nowadays! Only a couple of families, of course.
Monte Epomeo actually blocks the view and you don't get to see Forio because of it.
Spiaggia dei pescatori is really a place that takes me back to my childhood, I usually went there to bath with my family when I was little </turn>
<turn type="chatbot" who="Pi.ai"> Wow, that's incredible that people still live in the castle today! It must be a very unique and special experience to call such a historical place home. 😍
And I see, so Monte Epomeo really does block the view towards Forio. That's still quite impressive that you <TAG tag="DIS-ABL"> can </TAG> <TAG tag="SEN-VIS"> see </TAG> most of the island from the castle though!
Spiaggia dei Pescatori sounds like it holds a lot of special memories for you. 😊 Is it still a popular spot for locals to swim and enjoy the beach, or has it become more touristy over the years? And is it a sandy beach or more rocky? </turn>

	<task type="small talk">
<turn type="student"> Actually, I'd like to switch to some Small Talk </turn>
<turn type="chatbot" who="Pi.ai"> Sure thing! <TAG tag="DIS-IMP"> Let's switch </TAG> gears to some casual conversation. What's been on your mind lately? Anything interesting or exciting happening in your life? 😊 </turn>
<turn type="student"> I'd like to talk to you about my life lately, I made a lot of changes and I started university </turn>
<turn type="chatbot" who="Pi.ai"> That sounds like a lot of exciting changes! Congrats on starting university, that's a big step. 😊 What are you studying? And how have you been adjusting to university life so far? </turn>
<turn type="student"> I'm studying International Relations at the university of Bologna, in Italy, but as you know from before I am from Ischia....I had to move in.
I think I'm quite starting to get used to the universitary life here, I got to meet new friends and they are really good! </turn>
<turn type="chatbot" who="Pi.ai"> Wow, International Relations at the University of Bologna—that sounds fascinating! And what a big change, moving from Ischia to Bologna for university. 🏠 I'm glad to hear that you're settling in and making new friends! That's always one of the most exciting (and sometimes nerve-wracking) parts of starting university. Have you joined any clubs or societies to meet more people who share your interests? </turn>
<turn type="student"> Actually, I tried a theater lesson in the last few days, I love acting and I did that in ischia for a lot of years.
I also restarted to play tennis last weekend! </turn>
<turn type="chatbot" who="Pi.ai"> That's fantastic! 🎭🎾 Getting back into theater and tennis are both great ways to continue pursuing your passions while adjusting to university life. Plus, it can be a great way to meet new people and make friends outside of your classes. How did your first theater lesson in Bologna go? </turn>
<turn type="student"> Actually, I live in Forlì now and the lessons didn't go as planned....in fact I don't think that I will continue the lessons.
I would like to find a new group, but that tricky </turn>
<turn type="chatbot" who="Pi.ai"> I'm sorry to hear that the theater lessons didn't turn out as you hoped. 😔 It can definitely be tricky to find a new group, especially in a new city like Forlì. Have you considered looking into other local theater groups or venues like Teatro Diego Fabbri, Auditorium San Giacomo, or Teatro Il Piccolo? These might be good places to start your search for a new theater community. 🎭 </turn>
<turn type="student"> I tried Teatro il Piccolo, but I didn't like it that much, I think I will try to find something relating the Fabbri Theater </turn>
<turn type="chatbot" who="Pi.ai"> That sounds like a good plan! The Teatro Diego Fabbri is a well-known theater in Forlì, and it could be a great place for you to find a new theater community. It's managed by the municipality of Forlì and has quite a large seating capacity, so there might be lots of opportunities to get involved. 😊 </turn>
<turn type="student"> You know, I'm trying more and more and never feel nostalgic, but that's not possible everytime </turn>
<turn type="chatbot" who="Pi.ai"> Feeling nostalgic is a normal part of adjusting to new places and experiences. It's great that you're trying to stay positive and focus on moving forward, but it's also okay to acknowledge your feelings and take time to process them. 💚 Is there anything specific about your old life in Ischia that you miss, or is it more of a general feeling of homesickness? </turn>
