Abstract

The most recent German literature (Goetz, Jirgl) addresses topics related to cultural studies, which are undergoing a literarization, as signifiers (metaphors, lexical creations, rhetoric) become more and more relevant (Sloterdijk, Vogl). However, this may lead to the formation of an innovative jargon. The article examines the question whether this could be the beginning of a new cultural-literary koiné language.
