Abstract
A reused statue base now preserved at the Louvre is the only surviving epigraphic record mentioning Anicius Paulinus, consul in 334. A recent exam of the stone has allowed to improve the reading of this text. The most important corrections concern the name of this Roman aristocrat and add some new elements to the prosopography of the Anician family.File in questo prodotto:
