Impacts,Evaluations and New Strategies of Energetic Geopolitics The paper, using unpublished and primary sources, focuses its attention about the short chronologic period, six month, starting from the closure of Suez Canal in 1967, afterwards the Six-day War, highlighting the weight about the political, energetic, and economic aspects to cause of that block, and demanding which other routes was found to obviate it Therefore, the immediate time-range for analyzing the consequences, the evaluations, and surely the visions to front the block of Suez and the embargo from Arab states to some Western countries. Furthermore, the essay aims through the support of tables and graphics to disclose the dependence of oil for development of industrial and petrochemical production in the 60s, when the black liquid gold overcame the coal as primary energy. In addition, the contribute investigates also the co-relation among the Israeli-Arab conflicts, the Suez’s gateway, the oil world market, the Cold War and finally the ‘Greater Mediterranean’. Thus, it analyzes different levels intertwine themselves just for understanding the real complexity of factors, variables, and geopolitical context. Together, these aspects show the difficulties to identify a solution in front of the requirement of re-open the canal producing an inevitable stalemate.
