В статье предложен обзор эпизодов творческого обращения Н.С. Тихонова к теме Кавказа, традиционной для русской литературы; обозначены основные этапы интерпретации темы, отмечены некоторые особенно важные влияния на Тихонова как классиков, так и старших современников. Поэзию Тихонова автор статьи понимает как советскую в своей идеологической основе: это проявляется и в постоянных призывах к миру между разными народами, и в уверенности Тихонова, что новый политический порядок способен обеспечить этот мир, и в том, что социалистическое строительство и технический прогресс в изображении Тихонова не нарушают идиллической гармонии кавказской природы. Дан монографический анализ некоторых стихотворений из циклов «Стихи о Кахетии» (1935) и «Горы» (1938-1940). The article offers a review of episodes of N.S. Tikhonov’s creative address to the theme of the Caucasus, which is traditional for Russian literature; the main stages of interpretation of the theme are outlined, and some particularly important influences on Tikhonov, both classical and senior contemporaries, are noted. The author understands Tikhonov’s poetry as Soviet in its ideological basis: it is manifested both in his constant calls for peace between different peoples, and in Tikhonov’s confidence that the new political order is capable of ensuring this peace, and in the fact that socialist construction and technical progress in Tikhonov’s depiction do not violate the idyllic harmony of Caucasian nature. There is a monographic analysis of some poems from the cycles Poems about Kakheti (1935) and Mountains (1938-1940).
