The research carried out by the University l’Orientale combines managerial, anthro- pological, and legal skills with the aim of supporting the policies for sustainable inno- vation, through three trajectories of analysis: “Sustainable competitive models in the agro-industry chain”. Analysis of the need for innovation and interventions to support the sustainable performance of agro-industrial companies; “Anthropology of Food: experiences of sustainability”. Analysis of the needs for the diffusion of knowledge on Campania’s biodiversity and sustainable ag- ricultural practices; “National and European measures on legislative and administrative discipline in the Agro-Industry chain”. Analysis of tools at both European and national level, as well as regional policies for rural and agri-food development.
