Taking as its starting point the decision reached by the Human Rights Committee in the Teitiota v. New Zealand case, this paper aims to investigate whether human mobility connected to climate change, environmental damage and natural disasters has gained some form of regulation in International law. In particular, after having examined the details of the aforementioned decision, we look at the international frameworks for fighting climate change and at International law on migration and asylum. Finally we assess the impact of theTeitiota caseon national legal orders.
