In March 2016, Lu Xun took the stage of the China National Theatre, in this special occasion he was wearing blue jeans and a white shirt. Of course, this was not Lu Xun himself, but the actor Zhao Lixin who performed Lu Xun in Da xiansheng (Mister Lu Xun), directed by Wang Chong. This contribution provides the translation of a conversation with Li Jing, the author of Da xiansheng. Li Jing is a journalist and a writer, Da xiansheng was her first dramatic work.
