What follows is a graphical representation of popula- tion count dynamics across a set of 244 countries over the years that span from 1950 to 2018. Plots of annual data are a sequence alphabetically ordered according to country names. All data are from the FAOSTAT data set of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). The extension of the historical period analyzed and the exhaustive group of countries observed aim to portray fundamental world population dynamics in a comprehensive manner and depict a global view of underlying trends that may help inspire the work of researchers in population economics.
