This article aims to analyze the presence of Polish literature published in Italy from 1945 to the present, which is identified and discussed through a bibliographic repertory dedicated to narrative and poetic anthologies published in Italy after World War II. Particular attention will be paid to editors and authors involved in the production of this type of publication. It is also a reflection on the dynamics of creating a new canon, which does not always coincide with the one in force in Poland. It depends on the policy of the publishing series, attempts to present the anthology as an independent literary form and genre, and is implemented by entrusting the editing to experts or recognized critics.
