The article represents the second Interim report on the Italian excavations at Gyoma 133 (south-east Hungary) of Sarmatian Age there conducted in 1986, on the basis of an agreement of archaeological collaboration between the Institute of Archaeology and the Hungarian Academy of Sciences and the IsMEO, signed for the first time in 1983 and renewed in 1986. The site very close to an ancient Scythian kurgan, named Csap Halom, now disappeared, because of the presence of a brick modern factory, is very well documented by graves, pits, channels, simple and typical archaeological evidence of the period, together with impressive pits with animals, amongst which are worthy note those with (dogs).

Abstract
